Develop the conceptual design
Site analysis, requirement analysis, architectural character analysis, understands potentials and constraints of the site, understand clients vision, budget, phases of development, ecological sustainability etc...
Design development
Integrate and coordinate landscape design with all other aspects - site formation levels, storm water drainage, structural, architectural character, etc...
Tender process
Prepare documents sufficient for the contractor to quote for the project, we shall also assist in identifying the contractor, selecting and finalizing the contractor.
Working drawings preparation
Working drawings to execute/build on site of all hardscape and softscape features, also coordinate with electromechanical consultants for irrigation and water body electromechanical works.
